Thur 5/10/2018 i was shopping at the sears montclair california tool dept....there was a man in a wheel chair yelling in to the customer service phone and just being abusive to the Sears staff Bob #9829 is a great tool guy and held his cool as customers backed up at the register the other younger staff ran for cover and left Bob to deal with the guy the guy had mental issues but bob kept his cool as customers watched.....I was just about to get security as no one has to shop in store like this .....Bob kept his cool when i almost did not and prevented another Sears U tube video....the guy finally left and Bob went about his job

  2. Purchased a portable AC unit and sears declined to take it back. Very disipointed last time i order from sears on line if they don’t stand behind the products they are sellling.

  3. I was shopping sears richardson's square mall 11/2/18 @7 p.m. i was shopping for shoes the price said on sale 29.99 but when I get to register more than 35 dollars. I show the depart manager her name is Alma , she said sorry we didn't put a price for this shoes, I told her this is not my fault you didnt put a price for this shoes, I asked her if I can talk to the store manager she said all managers left. She was un professional. I didnt like the way she handle the problem.
